If, unfortunately, some of the products in your order do not meet your expectations, only the damaged or missing products will be replaced within 14 working days of receipt of the parcel.
The customer must send photos of the damaged products and the shipping box by email to email@example.com, quoting their order number.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne exclusively by the customer.
Goods must be returned to us in new, unused and unused condition, failing which a refund will not be made.
Packages will not be accepted if the sender cannot be identified (surname, first name, address, order number).
Returned parcels take between 5 and 10 working days to be delivered to us once they have been deposited. We advise you to keep your tracking numbers safe.
